The purchaser should be aware of the possible danger when treating Type 1 diabetes/Pancreatitis (insulin dependent diabetes) as one may experience a decrease in blood glucose. This could result in an attack due to low blood sugar - the equivalent of an insulin overdose.
The purchaser must be aware that the light is very bright although weaker than a 40 Watt electric light bulb. As with any light, one should avoid looking directly at the light.
